Khatarnak Khai

What do you get when you put 5 enthusiastic animation students, tons of wire, foam, and a 2-minute story?
A lot of sweat and tears, and a typical Indian family on holiday!

A young man who has given up all hope in life,
is about to take his last step off the edge of a scenic cliff.
But a noisy, boisterous Indian family arrive at the spot for a picnic.
Can the poor chap even die in peace?

MAKING A STUDENT FILM:

Endless discussions, fights galore, arguments over sizes, materials, characters, choosing the right camera angles, building the set.. the list goes on.
After 2 weeks of pre-production, the actual shoot was completed in 9 days, working continuously from 10 am to 2 pm everyday!
Thus was born, from the combined efforts of a motley crew, comprising of an engineer, after-effects guru, film-maker, graphic designer and sculptor, this film.
