The Shadow Monster

(The Result of an Illustration workshop conducted by visiting faculty Iben Sandemose and Immanuel Suresh of NID)

We were a group of 4 students, with 1 & 1/2 days, and 3 words: Curtain, onion and brassiere.

We came with the story of a girl, who believed that the onions cut by her mother in the kitchen, became the souls trapped in the curtain nearby.
But always the shroud of a monster lurked beyond, which scared both her and the poor onions.
It was nothing but the shadow of the clothes her mother hung up to dry, but how was the girl to know that?Seeing her precious friends in trouble one day, she rushes to the rescue, struggling against the vicious monster in the Battle of the  washing machine!
